What a great feeling! This championship reminded me my time in Canada when I used to follow the TORONTO BLUE JAYS very closely.
But this championship is way bigger than that. Just think about it, the first Soccer Champion was ..Uruguay ( any soccer fan knows this ) and now the first BaseballChampion is Japan.
Here in Kumamoto, people were on the streets...just like in Ecuador and watched an exciting game where Cuba played with a lot of courage and Japan played calmly and intelligently.
ICHIRO was the MAN of the game ..his experience was fundamental for the Japanese team to reach the finals...to tell you the truth..I didn't like him, because he was very, very cool...but during this tournament he was different....He laughed, cried...even say fOOk a couple of times...something very rare...
I am really happy for all the Japanese players...BANZAI!!!BANZAI!!!BANZAIII!!!
